Our Pizzas

Our pizzas are made with our own delectable sauce using genuine California plum tomatoes and a special blend of herbs and spices. When available we use locally grown, always fresh chopped produce and our pizza dough is made in the classic Neopolitan style. Next these specially prepared pies are baked in our authentic Italian wood fired oven producing a taste and texture that can't be produced in any other manner! Truly world-class! Delizioso! Menu options change routinely as we try to offer selections that are new and fresh. Therefore, not all pizzas available at all times.

MARGHERITA

Tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil. Simply delicious!

CLASSIC PEPPERONI AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE

Red sauce, sliced pepperoni, Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella

SWEET BETTY JANE

Olive oil and fresh ground cinnamon topped with thinly sliced fresh pear, bleu cheese, and walnuts. Drizzled with honey after baking. A savory sweet delight!     

SIMPLY CHEESE

Red sauce, topped with mozzarella and provolone cheese blend.

ITALIAN PROSCIUTTO

North California Oil Sauce, thin sliced prosciutto, fresh mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes. Topped with fresh mozzarella and a sprinkling of Parmesan on the tomatoes. A favorite with our customers!

NORTH CALIFORNIA VEGGIE

North California Oil Sauce with black olives, fresh mushrooms, red onion, and bell peppers. Topped with provolone and Parmesan cheese. This is a J.Damon's signature pizza!

GARLIC BUFFALO CHICKEN

Spicy Buffalo Sauce, grilled chicken, roasted garlic, and red onions. Topped with our mozzarella and provolone cheese blend. For those who like it hot!

CHICKEN BACON RANCH

Ranch Sauce with grilled chicken, bacon, and banana peppers, topped with fresh mozzarella. Delicious!

WILD MUSHROOM MEDLEY

A special blend of marinated and fresh wild mushrooms on our North California Oil Sauce topped with fresh mozzarella and finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and fresh basil! You'll love it!
